Healing from PTSD is a lifelong journey, and if you are here it's because you want to reach a destination, one where you and only you are in control of your life and management of your symptoms.I am really glad you are here, and I can't wait to see you succeed.

PTSD has the potential to affect every aspect of your life, greatly reducing your quality of life. Therapy and, if necessary, medications are helpful, but at some point you have to choose between being medicated, groggy, sluggish, not yourself, and absent for years, or even the rest of your life, or figure out a better management system for your symptoms, and finally heal from PTSD. That is precisely why the F*ck PTSD guide was written.

Your success is dependent on how much your symptoms currently impact your life (and why), how committed you are to really healing, and your desire to live a better life.
